Inglewood’s vibrant creative community is supported by dedicated studio facilities for professional artists.

BEACON ARTS BUILDING, on La Brea Avenue, offers workspace for professional artists, designers and allied creatives.  The four-story building has wide stairwells, freight elevator and shared kitchen.  The structure, originally a Bekins Storage building, was transformed into a hub for Inglewood artists.

1019WEST, on Manchester Blvd., is a single-story facility with 30’ ceilings, concrete floors and gated, tenant parking.   Artists in both facilities develop group exhibitions and open studios. Both buildings are privately held, and provide the vital resource of work space to our creative communities.
